These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales of products made via the website fullblack.fr (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). They specify the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer within the framework of the online sale of piercing jewelry. Any order placed on the Site implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Delivery
Orders are prepared within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Goods are shipped via Colissimo at a cost of €10 excluding VAT for all orders under €250 excluding VAT. This fee will be waived for all orders over €250 excluding VAT.
FULLBLACK will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the package or merchandise shipped via the postal service. However, please do not hesitate to inform us so that we can file a claim with the postal service and seek compensation for any resulting damages.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carriers.
Delivery charges are shown before order confirmation. If the product arrives damaged, the Customer must notify the carrier and the Seller within 48 hours of receiving the package.
