General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all product sales made via the fullblack.fr website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). They define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer in the context of online sales of piercing jewelry. Any order placed on the Site implies the Client’s unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

Products

The products available for sale are piercing jewelry, detailed on the Site with precise descriptions and non-contractual images. The Seller strives to present the products as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the Client's expectations, particularly due to variations in color representation on the Client's screen.

Orders

Any order placed on the Site constitutes a firm commitment by the Client. By confirming an order, the Client declares having read and accepted these GTCS without reservation. A confirmation email will be sent to the Client with a summary of the order.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, such as fraud, payment failure, or insufficient stock.

Pricing and Payment

Product prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to the total price at checkout.

Payment is made online via credit card, using a secure payment system. No order will be shipped until full payment is received.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via COLISSIMO at a cost of €10 (excluding VAT) for orders below €250 (excluding VAT). Shipping is free for orders above €250 (excluding VAT).

FULLBLACK is not responsible for loss or damage to the package during postal transit. However, we encourage Clients to inform us in such cases so that we can file a claim with the postal service for compensation.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Client during the order process. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation. If a product arrives damaged, the Client must notify both the carrier and the Seller within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable laws, the Client has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of product receipt to return the item without providing any justification or incurring penalties, except for return shipping costs.

The returned product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Any returned item that is incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be refunded. The refund will be processed within 14 days after the returned product is received.

Warranty

Products sold on the Site are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

If a product has a defect or does not conform to its description, the Client has 2 years to request a replacement or refund.

All claims must be addressed to customer service at contact@fullblack.fr.

Personal Data

Client personal data collected on the Site is necessary for order processing and fulfillment. Data is handled in compliance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Client has the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data by contacting the Seller at contact@fullblack.fr.

Liability

The Seller is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of purchased products.

The Seller also cannot be held liable for issues related to internet usage, such as data loss, viruses, or service disruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, images, graphics, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of the Seller. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior authorization from the Seller is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these GTCS, the Seller and the Client commit to seeking an amicable solution.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts where the Seller’s head office is located.

A consumer Client may also seek mediation or use an alternative dispute resolution method.

Modifications to the GTCS

The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time. The new GTCS will apply to any order placed after their publication on the Site.
